As COVID-19 keeps unfolding, rest assure that our management team is actively monitoring the situation.
The following are protocols that Hill Country Overhead Door has adopted:
- First and foremost, if an employee is not feeling well or has a close family member not feeling well, they have been instructed to stay home.
- At this time, we are keeping our office and showroom closed to the public for walk ins. However, we do offer online catalogs and can help navigate customer concerns over the phone or email.
- Our employees have also been briefed on preventative recommendations for COVID-19 as outlined by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure that our employees stay safe and healthy and can continue to service our community.
- Employees have been instructed to wash hands frequently and keep the 6 foot recommended self distance. If our employees have an urgent appointment to attend to, they have also been instructed to sanitize and clean any areas they touch.Please call our office to see if we can address questions, concerns, or schedule appointments over the phone to try and keep traffic in our office to a minimum.
