I had an excellent experience with Hill Country Overhead Door technicians, Roddy and George. Both were extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and respectful. It was immediately apparent that they are highly skilled at their craft and take pride in doing the job correctly. They replaced the bottom seal and retainer on my garage door and took the time to make sure everything was properly installed. What impressed me most was that they did not simply install the new parts and leave. They continued working and making adjustments until every bit of visible sunlight underneath the garage door was eliminated. Roddy also took the time to explain the small openings on each side of my garage door and offered helpful suggestions for addressing them. I truly appreciated his knowledge and willingness to answer my questions. After dealing with this garage door issue for quite some time, it was such a relief to have Roddy and George complete the repair with care and attention to detail. Their professionalism, expertise, patience, and excellent workmanship made a lasting impression. I had a pair of garage doors from Hill Country Overhead Door installed today. James Migliavacca and his partner ( I think his name is Mike ) did a wonderful job.
